Terms of sale

This is a translation. The French version prevails.

What you buy

A license to use the Siren-1 software: perpetual, in your name, on as many of your own computers as you like. It can’t be transferred or resold. The software itself remains the property of Dubplex Audio.

Who sells it

The sale contract is concluded with Gumroad, the merchant of record, which takes the payment, issues the invoice, applies VAT and handles refunds under its own terms: Gumroad terms. Dubplex Audio grants the software license.

Prices

Displayed prices include French VAT. If you buy from another country, the price you pay is adjusted to that country’s VAT rate, and the exact total is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Delivery

Your license is usually emailed within minutes of payment. The software downloads from the download page. A full demo lets you try it before buying.

Right of withdrawal

The software and its license are digital content supplied immediately. By clicking “Agree and pay”, after the notice shown before payment, you ask for immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). For any problem, write to support@dubplexaudio.com.

Refunds

A full demo lets you try the Siren-1 before buying. Because of that, and because your license is delivered right away, a sale is final once the license has been sent.

A refund is granted in two cases: you were charged twice for the same order; or the Siren-1 doesn’t run on a system that meets the requirements, and the problem isn’t fixed within 14 days of your purchase.

To ask for one, write to support@dubplexaudio.com with your order number. The refund is made by Gumroad under its terms. A refunded license is cancelled and must no longer be used.

The legal guarantee of conformity for digital content applies (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-12 and following).

Support

By email at support@dubplexaudio.com. Your license can be reissued (lost, name to correct) on request.

Mediation and law

In case of dispute you can use the consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
