Data controller

The controller is the publisher: Léo Fabre, reachable at support@dubplexaudio.com.

This site

No analytics, no ads. The host, Cloudflare, processes the technical logs needed to run the site.

The site sets one first-party cookie of its own, “lang,” which remembers your language choice for one year. It is strictly functional and needs no consent.

The Siren-1 app and plugin

The Siren-1 app and plugin collect no data. On iPhone and iPad, the app makes no network connection at all. On Mac and Windows, the plugin only fetches a small update notice from dubplexaudio.com, at most once an hour, with no identifier attached; the local log file never leaves your computer.

Buying

Payment is handled by Gumroad, which receives your name, email address, country and payment details. See its privacy policy.

Your license

To sign and send your license, Dubplex Audio keeps your name, email address and order number in a database hosted by Cloudflare in the European Union. The email is sent through Resend (privacy policy). This data is used to resend or correct your license. Legal basis: performance of the contract, for license delivery. Retention: 10 years after purchase, so your license can be resent during that time. You can ask for earlier erasure; your license can then no longer be resent.

Transfers outside the EU

Gumroad, Resend and Cloudflare are US companies. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For Resend, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, included in its data processing agreement. Gumroad collects payment data directly from you, as the seller and under its own responsibility: see its privacy policy above.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data at support@dubplexaudio.com. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
