Need a hand?

I didn’t get my license

It usually takes a few minutes. Check your spam folder, then write to support@dubplexaudio.com with your order number and I’ll send it again.

My name is wrong on the license

Reply to the license email with the right spelling and I’ll issue a new one.

Can I install it on several computers?

Yes. The license is yours, not tied to a machine. Install it on every computer you make music on.

The demo keeps going silent

That’s the demo. Add your license and it stops. How to add it.

Refunds

The full Siren-1 is free to try, so a sale is final once your license has been sent. I refund you if you were charged twice, or if the Siren-1 doesn’t run on a system that meets the requirements and I can’t fix it within 14 days of your purchase. Write to support@dubplexaudio.com with your order number. Full refund policy.

The Siren-1 crashed, or froze my DAW

A plugin crash takes the whole DAW down with it, and it’s your system that writes the report, not the Siren-1. Write to support@dubplexaudio.com with three things: your DAW and its version, with your macOS or Windows version; the crash report; and the Siren-1 log. Nothing leaves your computer by itself: the plugin sends no report, and the log only records when it starts and stops, in which host, and when its window opens.

On a Mac, open the Console app and click Crash Reports in the sidebar. The report carries the name of your DAW (Live, Logic Pro, Reaper…) and the time of the crash: right-click it, Reveal in Finder, and attach the .ips file. The log is the file siren.log in ~/Library/Application Support/Dubplex/NJDSiren1/ (in the Finder: Go › Go to Folder…, then paste that path).

On Windows, open the Event Viewer, then Windows Logs › Application, and find the Application Error entry for your DAW at the time of the crash. Copy the text of its Details tab into the email. The log is the file siren.log in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Dubplex\NJDSiren1\ (paste that path into the address bar of the Explorer).
